To lose the first 30 pounds of baby weight Kim Kardashian is hiring a trainer, and overhauling her bad eating habit and drastically changing her diet.

She will be working out with Madonna’s former trainer and her Post- Pregnancy Workout. The celebrity trainer – whose tough-as-nails tactics have sculpted the bodies of fellow moms Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna – promised Kim months ago to make her look better than ever.

“She’s started to eat really clean and healthy,” says a second Kardashian source. “A lot of fruit and lean proteins.” But temptation still lurks everywhere. Well-wishers sent congratulatory cupcakes to the hospital where she and North spent nearly a week after she gave birth.
