The Victoria’s Secret supermodel is in Costa Rican on a family vacation looking super fit. The new mom showed no sign of any post baby weight as she played with three-month-old baby Vivian Lake in the Caribbean Sea.
The couple also brought along son Benjamin, 2, and Tom’s son James, 5, from his relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
