James Franco Preparing For Another MOMA Exhibit?

James Franco was spotted on Monday morning at the Whynot bistro in the West Village with art buddy Klaus Biesenbach, who is the MoMA PS1 director.

Could this mean that Franco, who has already participated in several performance pieces at MoMA PS1, is readying for another exhibit?

Franco Instagrammed a picture of the two at a corner booth at the bistro:
