Lindsay Lohan is flying to California tonight to enter a rehab facility that is not part of her plea deal, TMZ is reporting.
Lindsay has boarded a private plane in NYC and is heading to CA. Lindsay’s lawyer and prosecutors had agreed that she would enter the Seafield Center rehab facility in Westhampton Beach, New York tomorrow morning.
But at the last minute Lindsay changed her mind as Seafield will not allow her to smoke. TMZ reports the problem is that prosecutors did not sign off on the new facility.
Lindsay’s lawyers are required to show proof of enrollment in Seafield.
How does she keep getting away with it?
