One year after Olivia Newton-John’s death, her daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, admitted that she hasn’t been “taking care of” herself.
The 37-year-old confessed that she has been “neglecting” her health since the “Grease” star’s August 2022 passing and previous breast cancer battle.
“If I have forgotten to return your calls, I’ve had extreme memory loss, I’ve had difficulty getting out of bed.”
While the singer has “stuck to [her] commitments” — and will take part in the Walk for Wellness event honoring Newton-John on Oct. 8
“After the walk I’m going to disappear for about three weeks, just to honor my mind, body and spirit because I’m developing a little bit of health issues in my mind and my body,” Lattanzi explained.
Lattanzi and her dad, John Easterling, have been vocal about their grief journeys since Newton-John’s death at age 73.
In February, Lattanzi told “Today” show viewers that her mom was “making jokes … right before she lost her ability to speak,” and her final words were, “My sunshine.”
