According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail on Monday, the exes are set to share joint custody of their two children — son Otis, 9, and daughter Daisy, 7 next month — on what is described as a “week-on, week-off basis.”
The Ted Lasso actor, 48, has been ordered to pay a child-support sum of $27,500 per month to Wilde, the court records show. The amount comprises $10,300 for Otis and $17,200 for Daisy.
Per the papers, Sudeikis will also have to cover 25% of the Don’t Worry Darlingdirector’s childcare costs, on top of the $27,500 monthly payment.
Sudeikis’ estimated income was $10.5 million, while Wilde, 39, made about $500,000, according to the court documents.
A rep for Sudeikis declined to comment on the record, while a rep for Wilde did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
The former couple first began dating in 2011 after meeting at a Saturday Night Live finale party and got engaged the following year. They welcomed son Otis in August 2014 and daughter Daisy in October 2016, before calling it quits in 2020.
After news of their split broke in November 2020, a source told PEOPLE that the pair’s children were their main concern. “It’s been amicable and they’ve transitioned into a great co-parenting routine. The children are the priority and the heart of the family’s relationship,” the insider said.
Though things appeared amicable between the pair for some time after their split, the co-parents made headlines in April 2022 when Sudeikis served Wilde with legal documents regarding their children while she was onstage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas.
That August, a source told PEOPLE that despite their contentious custody battle, Wilde “wants to focus on what’s best for the kids.”
“She and Jason don’t speak to each other, so they have help communicating about the custody schedule,” the insider added.
In March, court filings revealed that Sudeikis and Wilde were no closer to settling their custody battle. The House alum’s legal team claimed that Sudeikis was trying to “litigate her into debt” as they attempted to determine whether Otis and Daisy should live in New York City or Los Angeles.
A filing by Wilde’s legal team in April claimed that Sudeikis was “not paying child support” to cover costs outside of school tuition. This was disputed by a source close to the actor.
“Olivia and Jason shared costs equally and fairly throughout their relationship including everything related to the children,” the insider told PEOPLE. “Jason took it upon himself to initiate the proceedings in the first place to ensure that the kids would be properly cared for by both parents based on the court deciding what is fair financially going forward.”
