Taylor Swift’s game-day attendance is giving Travis Kelce the statistics of his wildest dreams.
The NFL player admitted on Wednesday’s episode of his “New Heights” podcast that it’s “hard to wrap [his] head around” his average yardage with the singer in the stands.
The athlete’s co-host and brother, Jason Kelce, shared the stat, saying it’s “good” to have the Grammy winner in the audience.
“When T. Swift is at the game, you’re averaging 99 yards,” the Philadelphia Eagles player said. “And when you’re left with only your friends and remaining family there, you are at 46.5 yards a game.”
“How can I not be?” the 34-year-old tight end asked, joking that he does worse when “left to his own devices.”
Jason went on to say that “not only is social media noticing” but Travis’ coach, Andy Reid, has taken note of the effect of Swift sitting in the stands for four out of the team’s last five games.
“He weighed in,” Jason explained, sharing Reid’s quote from a press conference Sunday after the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Los Angeles Chargers.
