New York Yankees third-baseman Alex Rodriguez has just announced that he is dropping his lawsuit against MLB, Commissioner Bud Selig, and the MLB Player’s Association. This means that he will serve his 162-game suspension for taking performance enhancing drugs (PED’s), missing the entire 2014 season.
The MLB Player’s Association, which A-Rod is actually a part of, is commending A-Rod for doing the “right thing” by dropping the lawsuit.
