She has seen many contestants break down as she puts them through long and grueling workouts on The Biggest Loser, but trainer Jillian Michaels, now that she’s a mom-of-two, admits it’s now her that loses it.
“I’m moving at 100 miles an hour to get it all done and Lukensia will want to stop and look at a water fountain for five minutes and I’m like, ‘Sweetie, we’ve got to go!’ and then I’m like, ‘F**k Jillian! Just stop and let her look at the water fountain!’ I try to catch myself when I behave like that,” she tells Naughty But Nice Rob.
But juggling work, motherhood and being a great partner isn’t easy.
It (parenthood and work) can definitely be overwhelming. On the weekends Heidi will watch them and I’ll go for a bike ride or we’ll get a sitter and go out one night a week but I don’t want a ton of time. The good news is I do love my work so it doesn’t feel like work and I love my kids so that doesn’t feel like work.
