Tom Cruise has finally won a major legal victory, after a judge tossed out a lawsuit against the actor that claimed Tom had hired a private investigator to spy on his ex-wife Nicole Kidman. (OH MY)
Former magazine editor, Michael Davis Sapir, had sued Tom for $5 million, claiming the actor had a “long-standing business relationship” with Anthony Pellicano, a private investigator who is now in prison – serving a 15 year sentence for tapping phones.
However, on Monday, a Los Angeles Superior Court ruled that Michael Davis Sapir’s allegations did not fall within the statute of limitations and was thrown out. Which means, the incredible claims about Tom and Nicole will not be judged in a court of law.
Tom is currently involved in a lawsuit against an America magazine for $50 Million over claims about his daughter Suri.
