EXCLUSIVE: Bear Grylls Not So Tough

Survivalist, Bear Grylls, wasn’t such a tough guy when had to be saved by medics after a bee stung him while filming his new series “Treasure Island.” Leaving some to wonder just how real is the show we watch on TV?

“On TV you see Bears alone surviving in the most extreme elements, where in reality he is never by himself, but rather surrounded by camera men, sound guys and medical staff at all times,” sources tell STRAIGHT SHUTER. “The bee sting is especially embarrassing because it has exposed how fake the show is. The star has stayed in a motel and scenes were set up for him. After filming, Bear and his crew return to a base, either a tented camp lodge, or hotel. The show’s producers, have even hired experts to provide Grylls with tools and other survival “props.” At the end of the day, Bear is just as skilled at ordering room service as surviving in the wild. The guy pretends to be super tough and a little bumble bee took him out!”
