The places Jennifer Lawrence looked at so far are 7 Hubert 429 Greenwich 443 Greenwich 71 Laight all apartments have +3 bed (for Chris’s kids) and she is buying not renting, the places are +8mill.
“Jennifer was asking for that area exclusively, other areas where apparently rejected fast.There where very specific min room/bed amenities requirements (3 bed being the min and other privacy concerns like private underground entrance/parking so paparazzi couldn’t snoop). Not sure of when Jennifer’s needs to close but she has some eagerness so i would say sooner than later,” a source tells NAUGHTY GOSSIP!
