E! productions contract with Keeping Up with the Kardashians ends in 2019, and with ratings dropping fast there are questions about the future of the show.
“Reality TV’s most famous family signed a whopping $150 million joint media deal, which includes an extension of their KUWTK contract into 2019. Negotiations are going on right now to determine the future of the show, however everyone involved is not as excited as they were back in 2017,” sources tell STRAIGHT SHUTER. “So many things have changed. Fame is no longer as important as it was to the family. Also, they are all now so rich and making millions from projects outside the show, that money is no longer such a key factor. However, the biggest change is the ratings. This last season’s finale pulled in just 851,000 viewers – a huge drop of 37% from the season premiere of 1.3 million.”
Could this really be the end?
