Kate Spade’s multi-million-dollar Park Avenue apartment, where she committed suicide, will be soon put up for sale, with her daughter never returning to the place where her mommy died.

“The apartment will quietly be put up for sale. Kate’s daughter who was living at both her mom and dad’s separate apartments has now moved in with her dad full time. All her belongings have been moved out of her mother’s apartment and she will never have to step foot into that place again,” sources tell STRAIGHT SHUTER. “It is a very fancy apartment on Park Avenue and the building doesn’t want to be remembered as the place the designer died. Residents don’t want fans outside leaving flowers and lighting candles. It will be listed and sold as quietly as possible.”
