Pop superstars Taylor Swift and Jennifer Hudson will be joining James Corden and Ian McKellen in the film version of Andrew Lloyd Weber’s musical, Cats!
“Taylor and Jennifer are both super excited about getting the parts in Cats. Taylor has been looking to star in a movie for a long time but hadn’t found the perfect role until now. In 2012 Taylor was in talks to star in the film version of Les Misérables but that didn’t work out. Now six years later Taylor has found the perfect role in Cats,” sources tell STRAIGHT SHUTER. “Jennifer Hudson is equally thrilled. It has been 12 years since she won the Oscar for Dreamgirls. This role might just give Jennifer another one, that is if Taylor doesn’t get it.” MEOW!
