Harvey Weinstein taken to Bellevue Hospital as ‘precautionary measure’

Harvey Weinstein was taken to Bellevue Hospital Center as a ‘precautionary measure’ on Monday evening shortly after his rape conviction in Manhattan Criminal Court, his rep said.

The disgraced movie mogul was suffering high blood pressure when he was redirected to the hospital by a medic in the ambulance, the rep, Juda Engelmayer, said.

He was headed to Rikers Island before his hospital visit.

He faces up to 29 years in prison at his sentencing.

#Metoo #harveyweinstein
