Michael Lohan Releases Statement About Having His Kids Removed

Michael Lohan got his kids taken away by the Florida Department of Children and Families. White Oprah has not YET spoken out.

TMZ says that someone sent the Florida Department of Children and Families a video of Michael Lohan and his on-and-off-again piece Kate Major screaming at each other in front of their 2-year-old Landon and their 10-month-old Logan. The video was serious enough for the DCF to step in on Wednesday and take the kids out of Kate’s apartment in Boca Raton. Their sons were put in foster care overnight until Kate’s Michael’s mom flew in from Long Island to take care of them. Kate’s Michael’s mom is now the boys’ temporary guardian and she’s living in his house. Kate and Michael can see their kids but only when grandma is there.

A judge will go over the case and look at the video in a hearing on Tuesday.

Michael Lohan Releases Statement:

“I don’t care what Kate says, what reports she makes, what lies she conjures up, who she brings to the table or how she tries to set me up, I have proof to shoot everything she says down because they are lies.”

“She’s a proven alcoholic, a liar, a cheater and an abuser. I have so many videos of her abuse, her lies and admitting her lies and saying she’ll lie and do anything she can to set me up. The truth comes out. Always. If need be, I’ll help that process along. All I want is for my kids to live in a happy and healthy environment. I can provide that, if Kate can then she’s welcome to be part of their life. But what she’s done is nothing short of evil.”
