Teen Mom 2 star has been detained for possession, possession of paraphenalia and simple assault on husband Courtland Rogers, Jenelle Evans lawyer confirmed.
The marriage with Courtland, who was also arrested for possession, has been bad news from the beginning.
Jenelle was arrested at her home in North Carolina after police were called to the house on a domestic violence call and found her with 12 bindles (small foil packages) of heroin in her possession,
She is also facing a charge for simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance after she was found with Percocet without a prescription.
The source told RadarOnline that the drugs belonged to Courtland and ‘with them living together anything found in the common areas of the house leaves all residents accountable.’
