Former Miss America Vanessa Williams is proving that she has still got it – turning heads at the after party to celebrate her new Broadway play The Trip to Bountiful on Tuesday.
Vanessa looked stunning in a very low cut cream glittery dress at the afterparty.
She appeared in her first Broadway play nearly 20 years ago, but Vanessa admitted to Newsday.com that she still gets frightened about performing live theatre.
‘You never know what’s going to happen,’ she said. ‘You get nervous, things frighten you and throw you off your game, but that’s why you choose to be in this profession. It doesn’t feel much different than 49,’ she said. ‘I feel empowered, courageous and settled. Life is great, and I’m loving it.’
