First Pic of Jamie Lynn Spears’ Daughter Maddie Leaving Hospital After ATV Accident
“Extra” has obtained the first photo of the 8-year-old walking out of the New Orleans hospital on her own with Jamie Lynn on Friday. In the pic, Jamie Lynn is seen flashing a smile while holding hands with her little girl.
A few days ago, Maddie regained consciousness after the ATV accident that left her submerged in a pond. The scary incident happened within view of Jamie Lynn and her husband Jamie Watson in Kentwood, Louisiana. Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Department told People magazine at the time, “With her father, mother and stepfather by her side, Maddie regained consciousness mid-day Tuesday, February 7. The 8-year-old daughter of entertainer Jamie Lynn Spears was involved in an ATV accident at a family home Sunday in Kentwood, La. Paramedics resuscitated her and she was airlifted to a local hospital. She is aware of her surroundings and recognizes those family members who have kept a round-the-clock vigil since the accident.”
Maddie’s famous aunt, Britney Spears, flew to Louisiana after the accident and took to Instagram to share an update, writing on Thursday, “We are so grateful to share that Maddie is making progress. Thank you all for sending thoughts and prayers our way. Let’s keeping praying.”
