Justin Bieber is canceling one of his two scheduled shows this week in Portugal. The website for the venue says its “due to unforeseen circumstances,” but the UK press are saying it’s due to poor ticket sales.
Justin’s concert at Pavilhao Atlantico in Lisbon on March 11 will go ahead as planned but his March 12 is canceled.
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber was forced to cancel the second performance in Portugal, March 12…The Canadian singer is eager to play for the Portuguese fans on March 11. Holders of tickets valid for March 12 should contact the respective place of purchase to receive a refund within 30 days of the date of the scheduled concert, which ends April 11.”
Justin’s manager Scooter Braun is saying that both Portugal concerts were sold out and it is logistical problems with the unions that have stopped the second show. However, several music insiders say this makes no sense at all. Justin’s show was designed to load in and out of venue’s as he toured, Portugal is no different from any other stop on the tour.
