A last effort to reach a settlement between Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian has failed, both sides were not able to reach an agreement on the terms of the divorce. Now the case is scheduled to go to trail on May 6.
Humphries, who was not at the hearing today because of his work schedule, has made it clear that he wants an annulment on grounds of fraud, something Kim and her team refuse to accept.
“Kim wanted to sole this without going to court but it has been impossible,” a friend of the Kardashian family tells Naughty But Nice Rob. “This is going to get ugly.”
There has been no ruling yet if the trail will be televised – with Kim being such a private person and everything – however, Nancy Grace needs to get herself to LA right now. Find a babysitter in Atlanta for the twins and jump on a plane, Nancy. This is going to be the trail of the century!
