The Real Housewives of New York is returning for its sixth season with Ramona Singer, Carole Radizwill and Heather Thompson. Most likely Countess Luann and Sonja Morgan will return too , while Aviva Drescher is still waiting to hear from Bravo. However, former Real Housewife of Atlanta, Sheree Whitfield, says what the show really needs is – a woman of color.
“For some reason people are intrigued by the Atlanta women. It’s a show with African American women living a certain lifestyle and people are really interested. These ladies bring drama and a lot of different aspects to the show. They need to get some of my girls on those other shows.”
Sheree is now focused on her family, health and fitness and not missing taping the show at all. She is also spending a lot of time talking with young women and helping them get healthy.
“I have been really busy and haven’t had a chance to watch the entire season but Kim (Zolciak) is much happier not being on the show anymore. It is a lot of pressure doing the show. It is expensive to do that show, they expect you to look great and you have a deal with people who really are not your friends. It’s a lot.”
Sheree says she will not be returning to the show but does miss the money the most! However, she would be interested in doing another reality show – but never with a group cast again.
