Guiliana Rancic has always been very slim but now she has lost even more weight, sparking concern at the E! 2013 Upfront event held at the Manhattan Center in New York on Monday.
Her slinky black dress showed off her shrinking frame and limbs.
When she turned to the side to pose for cameras, the Fashion Police host’s waist looked even smaller.
