New reports in this week’s Star magazine about Nicole Richie claim that she is becoming “scary skinny” and “won’t stop cleansing” after she was photographed leaving a store with a bag of what appears to be “UltraCleanse Plus” shake mix.
A source claims that Nicole’s husband Joel “is scared to death that her organs will begin to shut down.”
