The Real Housewives of New York City star posted a photo of herself with her new book to her official Facebook page, before deleting it after Facebook fans noticed her extremely skinny frame.

Bethenny fought back – telling Z100’s Elvis Duran: “I guess it does get me into trouble, but I don’t really define it as trouble… So if I hadn’t posted the picture, then that would never happen, so someone said you have to really be careful about everything you post. Yes, in some circumstances you do but if I start filtering myself and being so careful walking on eggshells with everything I say or post, I won’t even be me or be on this radio show or on that television show, or as successful as I am. So this is who I am, and sometimes you make mistakes!”
