Jennifer Lopez paid $2.5 million to Perform at Lavish Birthday Party for Brutal Dictator

Jennifer Lopez will be paid $2.5 million to perform tonight at the birthday celebration of Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, leader of Turkmenistan, which The Human Rights Watch has called “one of the world’s most repressive countries.”

Jennifer is the first Western star to visit the former Soviet republic, which imprisons journalists and human rights activists.
