Barroso was living in Miami as a single mom when she met Matt, and that was where the pair settled as a couple, originally paying $10.3 million for their first home together.
The 12,705 sq. ft. Mediterranean-style house has seven bedrooms and 10 baths, a home theater and wine cellar plus the waterfront property has its own dock.
