St. James Palace tells Us Weekly that Kate Middleton and Prince William plan to reveal news and details of their baby’s birth, expected in July, the old fashioned way.
A framed announcement will be placed on a wood and gold easel behind the gates of Buckingham Palace shortly after the baby arrives. (The same method was last used for William’s 1982 birth; the Prince turns 31 this Friday, June 21.)
The declaration signed by medical staff at St. Mary’s Hospital and transported (with police escort!) to the Palace will show the baby’s gender, weight and time of birth — but the royal’s name, however, will be revealed at a later date. (JUST LIKE KIM!)
