Drake appeared to confirm he was detained in Sweden after his team denied the rumors.
The “Jimmy Cooks” rapper shared a photo to Instagram Sunday of a handout detailing his rights in the European country as a detainee.
“Information for Those Suspected of a Crime and Subsequently Detained,” the sheet stated at the top underneath the word “Polisen,” which means “police” in Swedish.
The printout then listed detainee’s rights as well as those of a person who is “not a Swedish citizen,” like Drake, who hails from Canada.
Drake, 35, included the snapshot of the guide along with a series of less-serious photos, including a video of his friend Chubbs dancing at a club and a snap of another pal kayaking.
“I wanna see Ibiza Chubbs fam…,” he captioned the post.
Drake’s team initially denied that he had a run-in with Swedish police.
Last week, rumors swirled that the Grammy winner had been arrested on marijuana-related charges while partying in a Swedish club after arriving in the country on his private jet dubbed Air Drake. The speculation even caused the hashtag #FreeDrake to trend on Twitter.
But his team told the Hollywood Reporter that Drake was not arrested and that he was in his hotel in Stockholm. They did not, however, deny that he was detained.
