Part of the “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club” cast slammed her for “weaponizing” the death of Taylor Armstrong’s ex-husband, Russell Armstrong, on Wednesday’s episode of the Peacock spinoff.
During a heated discussion about their early days on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Taylor, 51, and Glanville, 49, argued over whether the Bravo reality show was more successful before the latter joined the cast in Season 2.
“Were you successful? ’Cause your husband…,” Glanville spewed during a group dinner.
The camera quickly turned away as the audio was briefly cut out – an attempt from production to omit her offensive statement.
“I don’t think that’s successful,” the “Drinking and Tweeting” author added.
Russell committed suicide in August 2011 after his marital woes with Taylor – the mother of his now-16-year-old daughter, Kennedy – played out across several seasons of “RHOBH.”
Taylor had filed for divorce two months prior to Russell’s death, following years of alleged domestic abuse at the hands of the businessman.
She is currently married to lawyer John Bluher, whom she wed in 2014.
Some of the “Housewives” immediately chimed in during their confessional interviews, slamming the bombshell.
“Brandi just went way too low,” Vicki Gunvalson said, while Tamra Judge opined, “Now she’s just throwing s—t.”
Eva Marcille admitted that it was “the most disgusting” thing Glanville could say.
And Dorinda Medley – who is also a widow after her husband, Richard Medley, died in November 2011 – asserted, “She’s weaponizing death.”
