Kanye West is mourning the fake death of his former foe Pete Davidson following the “Saturday Night Live” alum’s breakup from Kim Kardashian.
The Yeezy fashion designer shared a doctored New York Times front page on Instagram early Monday that declared, “SKETE DAVIDSON DEAD AT AGE 28.”
It also took aim at West’s other nemesis Kid Cudi with a subheadline reading, “Kid Cudi meant to play funeral but fearful of bottle throwers,” a joke about the “Pursuit of Happiness” performer walking off the stage at last month’s Rolling Loud festival in Miami after fans threw objects at him.
West let the image do the talking by opting not to caption it.
It’s the only post to appear on his account — for now.
Fans will recall that the “Flashing Lights” rapper dubbed Davidson “Skete” throughout his very public but one-sided feud with the comedian.
The edited newspaper cover also is the latest piece of performance art that invokes the “King of Staten Island” star’s death, as West buried Davidson alive in his music video for the track “Eazy.”
West, 45, also attacked Davidson, 28, in a second video for the same tune, this time while the actor wore a “Skete” hoodie.
A source close to Kardashian, 41, confirmed to Page Six on Friday that the pair had split after nine months of dating.
