Margaret Josephs is firing back at Teresa Giudice. Teresa dragged her for leaving her wedding early in support of Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga.
“The Marge” told Page Six in December 2022 that she left Tre’s special day with Luis Ruelas early out of solidarity for her Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars. “I tried to do the best for all parties involved,” she said.
“I wanted to be supportive of Teresa, but Melissa and Joe weren’t there, and I’m so close with them, and I couldn’t dance the night away knowing my closest friends are not doing well.”
After that, Teresa added her two cents. “If she was supporting Melissa, she should have never come at all. That’s what a true friend really does,” Teresa said. “Not just try to come, of course, to not miss an epic wedding of the year for a photo op and then leave. Like, if you support your friend, she shouldn’t have came at all.”
Bravo’s The Daily Dish reported that Margaret appeared on the podcast Two T’s In A Pod. And she responded to Tre’s comments. “I went there to celebrate her marriage,” she explained. “I was very supportive of it. I gave her a generous gift… and she knew that I was very supportive of her marriage.” Margaret actually “stayed well through the cocktail hour.”
If I were Tre, I’d feel some way, too. Just like Rachel Fuda, Margaret could’ve skipped their wedding entirely in support of boring MelGo and Joe.
Margaret and Teresa’s feud comes right as the new season of RHONJ picks up. The Guidice and Gorga family drama seemingly reaches an all-new low after cheating allegations and rumored fights.
The drama the RHONJ cast gave us during BravoCon 2022 only confirms this season will be one for the history books. Although the season has already wrapped, these Real Housewives know how to give fans a show even during the off-season. And I CAN’T wait.
