Nick Cannon admits he has “guilt” over having nearly a dozen kids.
Cannon, 42, currently has 11 children with one on the way — but said he struggles with keeping his work life and time with his kids balanced.
“Being a father of multiple kids, it’s always the biggest guilt on me is that I don’t get to spend enough time with all my children,” Cannon said during an episode of Paramount+’s “The Checkup with Dr. David Agus.”
“One ’cause I’m constantly working and two because I’m just spread thin,” he continued.
Cannon has 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with his ex-wife Mariah Carey.
“The Nick Cannon Show” host has 5-year-old Golden “Sagon,” 23-month-old Powerful Queen and 2-month-old son Rise Messiah with Brittany Bell

In 2021, Cannon and Alyssa Scott’s son Zen passed away from brain cancer at just 5 months old, which he described as “the heaviest, most dark and depressive experiences that I will never get over.”
“I can’t believe it’s been a year already since the toughest day of my life occurred,” he wrote on Instagramon the anniversary of Zen’s death. “I am far from perfect and often fall short and make decisions in my life that many question, but anyone who knows me knows my heart. I love hard, I love big and I love with my entire Heart and Soul and I just wish my Little Man could’ve felt more of that love while he was here on Earth.”
