“North is at the top of the list of names. They’re not totally sure about it. Kanye loves it, Kim’s OK with it, the family doesn’t like it. They’re going to decide by tomorrow,” reveals an insider. “However, Kim, and her family, want the baby to have a name starting with the letter “K”
