Miley Cyrus offered some advice to Justin Bieber to Jay Leno.
“You’ve got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don’t get in trouble and party at your house. Buy a house, and add a club to it,” added Cyrus.
“I get the most flack out of anyone… I’m doing a lot of sh*t, but I’m not doing any illegal! Everything I do is legal — in California,” shared Cyrus.
